Established on May 2, 1990, as Krishna Plast, we began our journey with a production capacity of 15 tons per month, specializing in the manufacturing of PP Twine (Sutli) and semi-automatic PP straps.
In 1993, we expanded our production capacity to 35 tons per month by upgrading our PP Strap Plant with advanced 2-layer flow strap technology, further strengthening our manufacturing capabilities.
In 1996, Krishna Plast transitioned into a new era of growth, operating under the visionary leadership and sole proprietorship of Babhubhai S. Dangar.
In 1999, we achieved a significant operational milestone by expanding our dedicated production area to 5,000 sq. ft., allowing us to increase our output and streamline our manufacturing processes.
In 2003, we significantly scaled our operations by adding 3 new production lines, bringing our total manufacturing capacity to 60 tons per month to meet growing market demand.
In 2010, we reached a major milestone with the installation of our first Fully Automatic Strap line as a new venture, Ocean Polystrap, achieving a production capacity of 80 tons per month.
In 2014, we launched a new venture, Murlidhar Polymers, focused on utilizing fully recycled raw materials to provide affordable and eco-friendly packaging solutions, achieving a capacity of 120 tons per month.
In 2018, Kromb India took its first major step towards multi-state manufacturing by establishing our second unit in the Katedan industrial area, Hyderabad, significantly enhancing our connectivity and service delivery to customers across different regions.
In 2021, we achieved a strategic consolidation by merging Krishna Plast, Murlidhar Polymers, and Ocean Polystrap into the unified Krishna Plast Group, reaching a consolidated capacity of 150 tons per month.
On June 23, 2022, we officially incorporated Kromb India Pvt. Ltd., marking a pivotal milestone in our corporate journey. This strategic transition solidified our commitment to delivering premium-grade packaging solutions and established a robust foundation for our continued growth as an industry-leading manufacturer.
Building on our foundation as a comprehensive packaging solutions provider, 2026 marks our strategic expansion into international markets. We are now exporting our high-quality PP strapping solutions to global clients, maintaining a consistent manufacturing capacity of 300 tons per month and strengthening our position as a reliable partner in the global supply chain.
