Polypropylene is melted, extruded and stretched to develop required dimensions and physical performance.
The strap is cooled and provided with a controlled embossed or knurled surface.
Finished PP strap is wound into coils with controlled alignment, winding tension, core size and roll weight.
Finished rolls are inspected, labelled, packed and prepared for storage and transportation.

Width and thickness are checked according to selected product specifications.
Applicable samples are evaluated for tensile performance according to the selected strap grade.
